Inbox filters
Filter your X chat list by reply state — waiting for your reply, no reply yet, message requests — and by follower count, relationship and verified.
DM stats
Messages sent and received, chats you started, reply rate, replies within one day, median reply time, and charts by day and by hour. The chats waiting for your answer are listed on every view.
Your lists
Sync your followers and the accounts you follow, then filter by inactive days, follower count, verified or relationship. See who unfollowed you since your last sync, and export what you see as CSV.
Follow and unfollow in bulk
Load accounts from your followers, another account's followers or following, an X list, or pasted handles. Every run shows the estimated time and today's remaining actions before it starts.
Share cards
Turn a result into an image, 16:9 or 1:1, dark or light. Download it, copy it, or post it: X's post box opens with the card attached, and you press Post yourself.
Community quality
Your Dope Score, community score, follower authenticity, and your top KOL and VC followers, from dopamyn.ai. This tab needs a Dopamyn account.

Add it to Chrome
One install from the Chrome Web Store. Nothing to configure, no API key, no password.

Open x.com and click the Dopamyn icon
The panel opens beside the page and works with the X session you are already logged in with.

Sync your lists and chats
Your followers, the accounts you follow, and your one-to-one chats from the last 90 days are read into this browser. Nothing is downloaded twice, and a stopped sync continues where it stopped.

Filter, export, or start a run
Filter and export what you see as CSV, or start a follow or unfollow run. You see the estimated time and today's remaining actions before it begins.
Slow, because fast gets you limited
A bulk run is not a race. Every wait below is built in, and none of them can be turned off.
6–13 seconds between one action and the next.

Reading your chats is paced the same way: 3 to 6 seconds between requests, a 30 to 60 second pause every 25 requests, a 10 to 20 minute break every 100, and at most 300 requests a day. The panel shows how much of that budget is left. When X says it is rate limited, the sync waits for X’s own reset time and backs off further on every rejection in a row.
Before you install. Bulk follow and unfollow is automated use of X and can lead to rate limits or action against your account. The waits, the daily caps and the auto-stop lower the risk; they do not remove it. Start with low daily limits, and test on a spare account first. Dopamyn is not made by, and is not endorsed by, X Corp.
Your messages stay yours
Message text is never read, never stored and never sent anywhere. The extension keeps only the time of each message and who sent it, which is what the reply stats need.
Read the privacy policyNo server of its own. Your chats, followers and following lists are saved in this browser only, under your X account id. Open the panel, press the shield button, press Delete saved data, and it is gone. Removing the extension deletes it too.
Dopamyn only when you ask. The Community tab, and the profession, tag and Author Score filters, are the only parts that talk to Dopamyn. They send X handles and get profile data back from Dopamyn's own database. Leave them off and the extension stays fully local.
Nothing is sold, nothing is tracked. No analytics, no advertising and no tracking code. Your data is not sold or given to third parties.
Questions before you install
Is the extension free?
Yes. It costs nothing to install. The inbox filters, DM stats, your follower and following lists, follow and unfollow, and the share cards all run on your own X session, with no Dopamyn account. Only the Community tab needs a Dopamyn login.
Does it need my X password?
No. You never type your X password into the extension. It works with the X session you are already logged in with, in your own browser. To make the same web calls the X site makes, it reads two x.com cookies: your account id and X's request token. They stay in the browser and are sent only back to x.com.
Do you read my DMs?
No. Message text is never read, never stored and never sent anywhere. The extension keeps only the time of each message and who sent it, which is what the reply stats need. Encrypted X Chat messages are not included at all.
Is bulk unfollowing safe?
No tool can make it safe. Bulk follow and unfollow is automated use of X and can lead to rate limits or action against your account. The extension waits 6 to 13 seconds between actions, pauses 5 to 8 minutes every 45 actions, keeps a block list of accounts it never touches, caps each day, and stops when X reports a limit. The risk stays. Start with low daily limits, and test on a spare account first.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome. It is a Manifest V3 extension and the whole interface is Chrome's side panel, next to x.com.
Do I need a Dopamyn account?
Only for the Dopamyn features. The Community tab, and the profession, tag and Author Score filters in the inbox, sign in with Dopamyn and ask Dopamyn's database for enriched profile data about the accounts you chat with. Leave them off and the extension stays fully local.
Where is my data kept, and how do I delete it?
In this browser, on your computer, under your X account id: your followers and following lists, your chat index, the accounts that unfollowed you, and your settings. To delete all of it, open the panel, press the shield button, and press Delete saved data. Removing the extension also deletes it.
