- Every sending account must be X Premium, and each account's daily cap resets at 00:00 UTC.
- People whose X settings don't accept DMs from accounts they don't follow are skipped, along with your DM block list and anyone already messaged in the window you choose.
- Sent means X accepted the DM. X does not report delivery or read status.
- Engagement search is open to every account. Saved lists and Auto DM come with a paid plan.
