Always-on BD
A shared login hides who sent what.
Outreach rarely stays a one-person job, and the usual fix is one shared login where everyone sees every conversation. An organization puts the team's audiences, campaigns and inbox in one place, with each person signed in as themselves.
For: Outreach leads managing a small BD or growth team
Split the market by list, not by login
Saved lists become territories. Scope a member's inbox to the lists that are theirs, and they read and message only the people in their patch.
- Which DMs they can see: Everyone, or Only people in specific lists
- Untick Add or remove accounts in lists to make that scope a firm boundary
- Pick a static list where the member also needs the conversations already underway
One shared inbox, everyone signed in as themselves
Convert to organization keeps all of your existing data. Invite each teammate by X handle and give them only the abilities they need.
- Owner, Admin and Member roles, with per-member Permissions for the Inbox and lists
- Send DMs and launch DM campaigns, ticked only for the people who should
- Edit senders on a running campaign; only unsent messages are redistributed
See which sender trails the rest
On Results, the By account table shows each sender's Delivered, Replied, Rate and Interest. The Activity tab in Settings › Team shows events per member over the last 30 days.
- Colours show which senders do as well as the rest, and which are well below
- Three health bars per account: volume, reply rate and interest
- The owner can open the full history of every recorded action
Fine print, up front
- An organization has nine non-owner seats, ten people including the owner. Pending invitations hold a seat until they are accepted or revoked.
- This is one team workspace: lists, campaigns, inbox and pipeline belong to the organization, and access follows the owner's subscription. Converting needs an active subscription and a connected X account.
- Permissions cover the Inbox and lists only. Campaigns, Directory and reports stay available to every member.
- Auto DM sends from your own connected X account through X's official API. No cookies, no proxies.
- All Auto DM sender accounts must be X Premium, and people whose X settings don't accept DMs from accounts they don't follow are skipped. Accounts with fewer than 20 sends are left out of the By account colours and health.
